This is one of the ways I am a little different from other therapists. I have seen the benefits of nature on one's mental health, and want to incorporate enjoying nature in my therapeutic methods. Helping you to reach your goals is important to me. Life can get better! Together, we can work on techniques for relaxation, such as deep breathing, meditation, and more. Both of my office locations are located in beautifully decorated, relaxing, professional spaces. I want to help you live a life you enjoy, full of the accomplishments that you dream of and free from worry and stress. We can work together in the office, in nature, or virtually using telehealth.
I have also seen the effects of neurofeedback on anxious, fast-moving brains, and I am passionate about training the brain to allow you to live a more relaxed life.
